Fireflies & Panthers Cheerdance

I am a member of UKA Dance and also have an English Literature & Associated Drama BA (Hons).   I performed at the opening of Birmingham Symphony Hall in a project run by Jennifer Jackson as a supporting dancer to the Principal dancer in Les Noces. It was run by the Education Department for Birmingham Royal Ballet and was an amazing experience which I have never forgotten.  I also performed in local professional shows Toad Hall and Once in a Lifetime.  I teach Performing Arts and Cheerdance and have an enhanced DBS.

During 'Lockdown' classes went online and I wrote an online production called 'Alice in Zoomland'.  Performing Arts Schools around the UK, Canada and America also enjoyed performing this Production.

Coming out of lockdown Fireflies and Panthers flourished and Cheerdance brought fun to classes with lively, energetic routines.   I continually search for positive, performance experiences.  Our Cheerdance Squads have performed at Worcester Wolves, Worcester Festival, Worcester Carnival and CheerdanceUK.

Classes are taught in a friendly environment where a team spirit is top of the agenda.  Although Cheerdance Squads work as a team, students personal ability is developed through performance and assessment work.
